How do you ensure livestock arrives safely?
All shrimp and live plants are packed in insulated containers with heat or cold packs as needed. We use breathable bags and double-wall boxes to ensure a stable environment during transit.
What is your Live Arrival Guarantee?
We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive. In the rare event of a loss, please take a clear photo of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery and contact our support team for a refund or replacement.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday are typically processed the same day. To avoid weekend delays, we do not ship livestock on Fridays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Can I return dry goods or equipment?
Yes, unused and unopened aquarium supplies can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that livestock and perishable items like fish food are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship livestock within the domestic region to ensure the health of the animals. However, select dry goods and equipment can be shipped internationally.
